Referee Report Guidelines - Youth Competitions

CJSA Competitions

Any Referee assigned to a CJSA sponsored competition MUST submit a USSF Referee Report within 48 hours after the game to the CJSA Office or the Region 1 Office for the NERP or Region I leagues.

A Referee Report and Supplemental Referee Report is required for all Send Offs, Injuries and any Other Unusual Circumstances.

CJSA COMPETITIONS

All Premier League games
All Cup games
All Cup Finals in Connecticut
All Region 1 and NERP League games
All Send Offs from any CJSA competition
